Agreement To Engage
This is an agreement made by and between Tapper Records Inc. and _______________________ _______________________ this _______ day, of__________________20____. Tapper Records Inc. featuring Joseph Tapper known as The Marital Sax as the performer of a _____ hour/minute/day event on _____________, 20_____ at (Time)__________, Day of the week___________ (location)____________________ Address____________________________________ City/State/zip____________________________. A fee in the amount of $_________ has been agreed upon for this event. A deposit of 50%$___________ is due upon the signing of this agreement, and the balance will be paid directly to Joseph Tapper upon his arrival at the event. The performance will not take place until the balance is paid. Make your deposit check payable and mail to Tapper Records Inc. P.O. Box 5241 Hollywood FL 33083.
If the event starts late it will have no bearing on the finish time of the performance. For example: if the performance is contracted to run for one hour and scheduled to begin at 7pm but starts at 7:15 the finish time is still 8pm. It is the option of Joseph Tapper whether he will stay late to complete a tardy event.
Cancellations If you cancel the event or my performance within the week of the event the deposit is not refundable. Usually a credit is issued instead of a refund so the deposit will be kept for future use for another event. If Tapper Records Inc. cancels the performance then the deposit will be fully refunded. If event is cancelled in the week of the event due to an act of God then 50% of deposit is refundable.
