Another music snafu I have seen at weddings is having music during the reception dinner that is way too loud. The guests were shouting to talk to people sitting at the same table as they were.
My suggestion is make the reception dinner a romantic event. Keep the music soft and sexy, let the guests share in the loving event that is taking place.
What I do is serenade the guests as I go from table to table playing the most beautiful music on the soprano sax. It's always a big hit and I get letters years later from my clients sharing how the guests are still talking about the music at their wedding and how much they enjoyed their wedding. Think about it and good luck.
